How to do release planing and definition of done

I am developing a system now I want to do release plan and I don't know whether I can write only one release date for the whole system or I can write a release date of a user story??

And I don't know the definition of done meaning?

Definition of "done": past perfect form of the English verb "to do". The question is totally unclear. Thing about your goals: is your goal the successful project development and fulfillment of your goals, or pleasing some Scrum methodists?
