How to prevent trial config file from deletion by user?

Hi, i have read trial maker article here and then i have made my trial application in c#.net. Problem is i want to prevent the trial cofig file from deletion by the user that is stored in window32 folder as if it is deleted, the trial info will reset and application will work again. Anybody plz tell me any solution.

Where is "here"? I do not know of a window32 folder. Do you mean c:\windows\system32?
