Forgive my ignorance regarding this inquiry.

I took on a side project for a friend and they are wanting to use a bootstrap template for an online travel booking site that uses a channel manager to handle the XML feeds from the different companies. The channel manager is BBLiverate.com, which happens to be an Italian company and all the support and info I can find is, well, in Italian.

I was wondering if anyone had done something similar to this or if anyone has any suggestions as I do not know where to begin. I have the template and can manipulate it just fine, I am just unsure of what else I need. Does it need to be an ASP.Net web app with code-behind and a database or something else? How do you go about trying to integrate the widgets? Any sort of insight would be helpful.

I have already entertained the idea that I may not be capable of this sort of project yet, but I thought I would get some input just in case I was trying to make it too hard.
