How Can I Acess Android Filesystem Using Vb.Net

Hi,
I having troubles acessing android's filesystem using vb.net.
I already tried to use system.io but some reason it don't worked.
My cellphone is Galaxy S5 and is recognized as camera device. Using windows explorer i can acess both SD and internal memory and edit files, but the file transfers are not of the usual way.

Anyone can help me?
