Serching and paging in mvc.

i am doing searching in mvc4.after search the specific item i am getting 40 records i implemented
paging for this search element once divided these elements as 10 items per page so total is 1,2,3,4.After clicking 2 elment i am getting 2 page of search records.Viestate is not maintaing in mvc4 so i am not getting proper search any solution for custom search and custom paging.
