Do I Need A Mac Computer To Build Ios Applications?

Hello,

I want to build an IOS App for iPhone. I even downloaded Embarcadero RAD STUDIO XE6, since they say it Create multi-device, true native apps for Windows, Mac, iOS and Android.

My question is: Do I need to build it on a MAC computer only, or is it possible to build it on a PC (windows 8)?, since some websites say that you must have MAC to develop IOS apps.

And, if it's possible, what web sites do you recommend for IOS app developers (beginners)?
