Code to show different time frames off a network over time?

Hi, Basically i have been given a network dataset containing 379 nodes of a co-authorship network of scientist. I need to find a way to implement the changes that occur to the community over the period of time in order to study the relevant evolutionary stages. Need some help to implement this preferably on Matlab. So i need to find a way to show the different communities over the different time frames. The network last for a period of 30 years. Currently I'm using the clique percolation method however i have been unable to split the network accord to the time frames.

Any help would greatly appreciated and i would be willing to pay if you can help me get it done to show the different time frames.
