my website have several pages. when i m running it different machine it appears different. how will i fix the layout and size so that in every system it will appear same.

You have nothing to "fix", you just need to design layouts tolerant to screen sizes. Also, don't forget that this is actually a client window size of the browser, which can be changed by the user.
