Custom panel Wpf help

Hi there i'm looking for a custom wpf panel where you can add in Images and Separators and if you resize the form it will stay in same position on the right side of form i got a image but don't know how to add it on codeproject.

Were you looking for a control that's already been created, for someone to write this for you or what? I have no idea what your question is.

Im looking for a control that some has already created or someone can create for me i can show you a image but how on codeproject
