Query a SharePoint List

Hi All,

I am having a sharepoint list which is having a content type attached with it. The default content type, item is removed from the list. the content type is composed of several site columns. As a result the list is also having those. Now my query is how to retrieve all those column values by CAML query? Quick help is much appreciated.
