How to Capture the Activites of Asp.Net Website inside Windows Form Application.

I have Developed a Website and Is Hosted in Third Party web server
I also have a Inquiry Form Page in the Website.
I want to get the Alert or a Desktop Notification in My system
Using a Windows Form Application Running in my System (Connected to the Internet)
When User Submits his Details in the Form.

I don't Want to Query the Database and Fetch the Required Output in my windows application.
In which way i can do this.please Suggest any method. How can i achieve this Requirement.
