CSS not working in publish

I have this CSS atrribute for the body of my page and it is not coming thru. Any ideas? The file is in the Styles folder right off the root directory. It is just a texture image. It shows in the designer, just not on the site. I am viewing in Chrome. Thanks...

You can see if it is coming or not in Developer Tool by selecting anywhere on body. Check if image is showing there or not.

Solution 1

Check up file name. You use absolute file path, which makes finding of the file depending on the root directory of the site. Test your sites accurately.
