error in wcf service on server

Why This error occurs on server when i check by wcf service and not on local

could not laod file or assembly system.web.webpages.deployment.The system cannot find the file specified.

Solution 1

Ensure you have added a reference to System.Web.WebPages.Deployment and CopyLocal is set.

Is it necessary for everyone to add this reference.Bec my application was running ealier bt when a added a reference of telerik it is giving a problem.

and When i am clicking on ADD Reference on Bin->In .Net tab->I am not getting System.Web.WebPages.Deployment
