Your DAL is trying to insert or update values in a row that has one or more of those constraints like non-null, foreign key etc.

Please check the table where you are trying to insert/update. If you are not familiar, then ask someone who can tell you various constraints on a table. Then you can code accordingly so your code provides all the required data in correct format/types.
