Can I do this in UML : Sequence Diagrams?

Hi friends !!

While I am designing some system using UML
I had to add an <<extend>> relation to a UseCase which has <<extend>> relation with another UseCase

I want to do something like this diagram :

so I want to know, is this legal in UML ??
