How to raise Application_Error Event of global.asax from page inside another folder of solution

I am handling error in global.asax under the event Application_Error. It is working fine when error occurs on any page in solution but it is not working when error occurs on page which is inside another folder of solution for example Admin folder.
Application_Error event does not get fire when error comes on page which is inside admin folder of solution.
