How to configure a site in IIS ?

Ho to all.,
i have one website in MVC...it's working fine in visual studio 2012.
now i want to configure my site in local web server i.e IIS Server.....am trying to run site in IIS server past a week...but i did't achieve it...otherwise tell to me if we have any another option to run asp.net site in local server...
