How to save remarks for particular selected records and save remarks in different table?

Hi
In my page m selecting grid records to edit that tim remarks
Panel visible to true and I have to enter some text and save to table remarks
While saving only remarks text to remarks table tat time I have to insert is of selected rows values into remarks table

Can anyone help me
