Is there any way to control the camera flash on Windows8 tablet through C# code ?

I have searched and tried a lot to switch on the flash while capturing an image through my app but it seems that there is no way to control flash on Windows 8 tablet.
Although flash can be easily controlled in Windows Phone 8 app but I could not found any method to do it in WindowsRT or Windows 8.
Please help!
