i am developing a call center manegment system project .the mager problm is -i wan to connect my phone with my pc and recev call from pc .plz tell me how to acomplish this task.plz help me

Some phones comes can act as a modem when connected to a PC. you need to find such a phone and when connected to a PC, it would transfer to a modem. Then you can use any call handling software to make a receive calls.

Instead of finding that, nowadays you get usb GSM modems for £20, you put the sim card in connect to the PC
