Issue While TFS 2012 Build Defination

Hi ,
I have created a Solution with Web App in Client & MSI in client machine.
Which is there in the TFS now i have build which i want to Queue.
But It give error :

C:\Program Files (x86)\MSBuild\InstallShield\2012SpringLimited\InstallShield.targets (5): The project file could not be loaded. '3.5.30729.5420' is an unexpected token. The expected token is '"' or '''. Line 5, position 56.

Any Suggestion plz help!
