Jquery with asp.net master page website

hey all
I really dont know how to ask this one
basically I have an asp.net website with master page and all
The header in the master page has some fancy animations that include:
sub menus that appear on hovering specific menu items
when the sub menu is visible the rest of the page is darkened by a div that appears over the content with some opacity
an auto scrolling image gallery
My problem:
the animations dont work on some pages on IE 10
any tips on how to tackle this one ??

Please post some code and indicate which one is not working on IE 10.
