Problem of ATL addins for MS Office

Because my first language is not English，so just take in my expression,and I can understand your expression.

I known how to make simple addins of office by ATL,just like translate VBA macro to C++ or something.But I don't known how to add MFC function or windows message handler(I mean I can "add" in AppWizard but can't deal with it--need it use STDMETHODIMP--or something too?) in it.

Here is my project:
Put a seal on Word document,it floats upon the text and can move.R-click the seal,it popups a menu,we can sign the seal in this page,in all page,delete it and so on.
Now I can put a bmp in Word,but can't set the popup menu.

Another problem is,the MS Word function "record macro(I don't know the exactly expression)",when I want to set the picture "float on text",the option is gray.Then I pause the function "record macro",the option can be used.That means I can't record the "float" macro.

This is my first time to ask queston on english speaking forum,maybe I am prolixity or something,please forgive me.
