cant upload jquery.min file on go daddy

Hi ,i m using jquery.min file in my webssite.But when i m trying to upload this file on go daddy,it is not uploading.Does anyone have any idea about it? Go daddy support team have no techincal knowledge to resolve this issue

are you getting error while uploading jquery or while registering jquery ?

What is "registering jQuery"? There is no such thing. It is just included.
If the file cannot be uploaded, the hosting is not functional at all, which is hard to believe.
