If you don't mind can you tell me how should I figure out what is your project, and what are the requirements for role management?
Please remember, that we can't read your mind, nor can we see your screen or the paper on your desk.

As you have asked a vague question, here is a general answer: learn how to model your data. Well, that will require a lot of practice and experience, you can get help by getting known best practices and principles.
