I have installed the "GalaSoft.MvvmLight.4.1.24.0", but when I want to scream a MVVM project .. the MVVM projects does not exist ...

Do you really expect us to understand or to know what is happening with the information you have given? Here you can find very good programmers, but as far as I know can read your mind, make astral projections to see your monitor or see the solution in a glass ball.
