message queue in nservicebus

Hi i read in a article, Advantage of the nServiceBus, it provides full system Rollback. Not only does our DB remain consistent, but our messages return to their queues too and no valuable data is lost.

If its the case, due to some issue if the message is return back to the queue, how my next message will get process? before executing the previous mesage?
