I have been given a task to resolve the problem occuring in FAST search during FULL crawl. There are three servers each for a WFE, APP and FAST. The default content access account for FAST search in WFE and App Server is sp10_ContentAccess, where as when I go to the FAST Search Server and see the FAST services in the services (services.msc), I see that the service account configured for FAST services is sp10_services.
Also when I checked the database server, there was no user added for sp10_ContentAccess account in the Crawl Store database
I understand that this might be the reason for the FULL crawl to not working properly, but the incremental crawl works fine and when I upload a document in the documents library or make some changes in the existing document, the changes are reflected after the next incremental crawl. I am at present clueless. Can somebody help me in finding out the exact reason of this discrepancy.
