Can We Get google Map coordinates from GPS in Windows Phone or android phones

The article that will help you implement the second part I,e getting this location from making it available to other user is right here on CP (http://www.codeproject.com/Articles/148762/NET-4-0-RESTful-Web-Service-Introduction).
