Get time in jquery spinner

Hi all. I have a problem with the jquery spinner. I need a spinner that has a number format of hours and minutes e.g. 07:00. Does anyone know how to do this or have an example. I tried using the jquery timespinner but couldn't get it to work. Any help would be much appreciated, thanking you in advance.

JQuery Time Spinner won;t wotk. Try using http://keith-wood.name/timeEntry.html instead.
