Script Error after Publish in IIS 6.1

Hi All.. we have developed a web application and deployed it in Win Server 2008 R2 Standered, IIS 6.1 (Build 7601, SP1). Everything is works fine when we access the application outside our office network. But the application throwing JavaScript error when we access from our office machine.

Note:- The application which is hosted and the office machines are in same domain. Also I have added the url as a Trusted Site in our Domain Group Policy and we didn't get any while we had tried debugging our application.

Can anyone give us suggestion to find solution?
