In all probability, you don't.
AFAIK, the only version of windows that works on an ARM based processor is RT - and there is no guarantee that it will work.

It may be possible, but I suspect that you are going to be fairly mad if you try. No keyboard, no mouse - Windows 8 and such like are your only options, and I doubt if they will work too well in most tablets designed for the lower hardware requirements of Android.
Get used to it: Android works well, just differently from what you are used to. Learn something new! :laugh:
