how to configure web project for access out side with the URL

Dear Sir's,

I brought 50GB space from InstaComput (Tata Communication),It is like VPS. And my IP address is like XXX.YYY.ZZZ.QQQ. I also have a web project developed by us.It is developed on asp.net & MSSQL server 2008.

Now will you please help me (with steps to step guide)how to configure this web project in InstaComput, so that, from out side we can access the website (like in URL i will write www.myproject.com & it wil open).
