It depends how much money you can spend on hosting, and what load your site will generate overt time. So please answer this two questions, than we could hopefully suggest you more concrete alternatives.

First you have to find a host. Then you would follow the host's directions on how to upload your code to their servers. Then if you have any trouble, you contact your host's support team.
