I have site neminternational.net

site opening at diffrent location like pune ,banglore etc
but site not opening at my end Surat Gujarat...

So how to resolve them

You can check the site with different ISP in your area.
Sometimes the ISP' DNS mapping is older and shows the older page or shows site not found.

Check your site in Proxies like- http://anonymouse.org/[^]
http://www.hidemyass.com/[^]

If you can browse your site there it means your site is hosted properly and its purely ISP's issue,which gets resolved in sometimes.
