ajax not working when Wordpress rule apply on iis in asp.net website(C#)

I am facing Ajax problem in my ASP.net Website. I have ASP.net website on my IIS7. Its working fine but when I apply Wordpress rule on IIS, AJAX is not Working. I am applying wordpress rule for default page will be Index.php from Wordpress insted of default.aspx.

Plz guide me
