Stand Alone Numeric Keypad for Tablet PC

Hi!

I am developing C# application for tablet PC.
The problem is that I want to make a stand alone numeric keypad that will associate to the application that I made for tablet PC.

Is there any possibility to make stand alone numeric keypad for tablet PC without using the on screen keyboard?

That is actually a quite interesting question. I wonder if there is a possibility to keep the on screen keyboard from popping up when the expected input is numeric. One thing is though, what application is it that you have in mind?
