Today every one asking about WCF. So I want to know that when we should use WCF in my application.
Can any one give the real life examples of when wcf should be use.

Not a correct question, really. Just a wrong approach. You can read some introduction to see what it does. If you don't see immediately for what projects it can be used, you simply don't need its features...
Answering such question would be too awkward...
