how can i open chm file(help file) in vs2010 on press of f1

i have made a chm file from a tool
now i wanted to open it from on press on f1
click on my method then press f1 so then the method will be opened in my help file
how can i integrate chm file into vs2010?

With ASP.NET? Makes no sense. Better use HTML. Isn't this obvious? This is a Web application.
