What does the inner exception say? What are the configuration settings? What else is happening on that system?

when i am use https api normally that the api is working fine, but when i am add docker in project ,i am geeting the System.AggregateException: 'One or more errors occurred. (The SSL connection could not be established, see inner exception.)'

AuthenticationException: The remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure.
