Recently I installed Windows Server 2019 on my server to replace Windows 2012. The problem is that my site (vb.net, sql server) is now much slower (huge TTFB). I worked several days to resolve this problem but without success. Is there a particular configuration or setting?

What I have tried:

I disable HTTP/2 with no change.

How much memory? You need to get out the "performance monitor".

There is no magic "run faster" switch we can tell you to push. You're going to need to profile your code to find out where the bottleneck is, then fix that bottleneck. Rinse and repeat until your application's performance is good enough.

I agree that i have to do some investigation to find and then solve the problem. But knowing that this is not necessarily my area of predilection, then I do not necessarily know where to look.
If there are any proposals, they are welcome.
