Crystal report not working after upgrading the .NET framework 3.5 to 4.6.1 and enabling TLS1.2

We have upgraded the application from .Net framework 3.5 to 4.6.1 so that we can enable TLS 1.2. Application is working fine after upgrade but crystal reports is not working it is asking login credentials

What I have tried:

We have convert the oledb provider to SQL Native Client 11 but after converting it gives error

{"Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {4DB2E2BB-78E6-4AEA-BEFB-FDAAB610FD1B} failed due to the following error:
 80040154 Class not registered (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040154 (REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG))."}

currect setting is AnyCPU but
we tried with build option ' Prefer 32 bit' after enabling error gone but reports still asking for login credentials when we entered the correct credentials it is showing incorrect

What happens when you "login"? Does the report run then? Seems like an important detail.

It shows invalid credentials. we are able to connect in SQL with that credential but when we run the report it shows invalid
