how to connect sql server through internet

I Have Win Application And It Connect To sql server 2005
This System Is existing in a head office
the system install in a server computer and server computer contain win server 2008

I have Another Branch at another aria, I want to connect above mentioned server to perform win application, I have used odbc to connect database

how to overcome this situation

Yes, but only if your server has a static IP.
You can use that IP address to connect it through Internet.
