Angular dynamic form cannot find control with unspecified name attribute

Hello Friends,

I am creating Angular Dynamic Forms using FormGroup, however while creating form facing issue like

Cannot find control with unspecified name attribute

. Please someone help me what is causing an issue regarding this. I am providing github public url for code. Thanks and highly appreciate.

I tried to generate Form object on ngOnInit(), however id did not work.

It's unlikely someone is going to get your entire project from GitHub, set it all up and go out of their way to try and replicate the issue you are having. Update the question with the relevant code, also google the error message, that will probably give you a few suggestions to try.
