You will have to ask Microsoft, and I think their first question is going to be along the lines of "You do realize that you can't install Sharepoint on a system unless that system has bought a licence for it, don't you?"

Just bundling the sharepoint executables with your app is not only unlikely to work, it's also almost certainly illegal, but you'll need to check that with Microsoft directly.
