Social Engine Error on local wamp

hi i am configuring Social ENgine on mine local wamp and i am receiving 2 errors
1)For optimal performance, we recommend adding the Alternative PHP Cache (APC) extension(For solution is use that http://webimpulse.wordpress.com/2011/04/25/how-to-install-alternative-php-cache-apc-in-windows-wamp/ way but useless )
2)The Curl extension is required.(For solution is use that http://www.socialengineforum.com/index.php?%2Ftopic%2F9669-the-curl-extension-is-required%2F way but useless )
