Some rows are missing when printing the crystal report

HI All,

I am new to the crystal report. When i create the crystal report it works fine. The problem is that when i try to print the crystal report some rows are missing . How can i solve that problem?
(my problem is that i am getting the report well.. but when this report export in to excel or word for printing some rows in the report are missing..)
