Is there a current issue with the daily newsletter emails?

For the last few days I've been receiving them in an unreadable character set.

There is no problem with them here, and none I have heard of anywhere else.
If this is just happening with the daily emails form Codeproject then does this one arrive ok?

If it doesn't, then I suspect you have a problem locally, rather than this end.
