So where the problem is? Google it and use it. There are so many of them available with comprehensive tutorials on how to use them and configure each options for them.

For date time picker you can use javascript. See below line they provide you date time piker in js.

i used ajax toolkit but it showing the error
"Only one instance of a ScriptManager can be added to the page."
because i had already a script manager in my masterpage...
How can i solve it.....

remove script manager of content page it will solve your problem.
