403 Forbidden Error in chart control

In my project, i am using .net chart control, It’s working properly in Dev. and UAT environment, however after deploying into production environment users are not landing into their homepage after login due to the .Net chart control. It throws the "403 Forbidden". But if i remove the .Net chart control users are landing to their homepage after login.

NOTE: All other pages are accessible, however homepage is not accessible as .net chart control is only available in homepage.
